You can make a difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness in the Greater Hartford region. There are several ways to support Journey Home. Please choose the option that is right for you.
Annual gifts (online or by check) allows Journey Home to meet our operating budget on an annual basis. Your gift goes to work immediately to make a difference.
Checks can be made out and mailed to:
255 Main St, 2nd Floor
Hartford, CT 06106
Honor and Memorial Gifts
Honor and memorial gifts are a thoughtful and caring way to honor or remember your loved one and at the same time, help others. Recipients or their family members will be notified of your generosity with a special card.
A gift from the heart is appropriate for many occasions:
In honor someone special or good deed
In memory of a loved one
To celebrate a birthday, anniversary or holiday
Many corporations will match an employee’s gift to charitable organizations. In addition, some provide donations to the organization where their employees volunteer. Imagine the increased impact your gift can make. Please contact your human resource department for more information and forms.
Periodic recurring donations make it easy to support Journey Home and conveniently spread your gift over time. You can set up an easy recurring donation using the PayPal link on this page.
Become a Monthly Donor!
You have the opportunity to make an impact all year long through your monthly recurring donation. All you need to do is choose the amount you wish to contribute to Journey Home each month and then click “Subscribe”. Your donation makes all the difference!
Journey Home receives United Way Community Campaign funding through the Community Investment choice. When you choose Community Investment you are supporting organizations like ours. You can also choose to support Journey Home through the United Way Community Campaign.
