Journey Home has implemented a new model for rapidly rehousing from homeless encampments that was established by Clutch Consulting, a national consulting firm. This model has shown success in other cities such as Houston, Oklahoma City, and New Orleans. Journey Home staff worked with Clutch Consulting in 2023 and 2024 we received technical assistance and training as we began to pilot the model in January 2024
